Barbecue in Charleston
We are an artisan barbeque and southern cuisine food company. RightOnQue's barbeque is cooked and steeped in tradition, much like the city of Charleston. Our specialty meats are cooked as they were in days past - low temperature, slow - smoked using local woods. Our pulled pork, pulled chicken, ribs, beef brisket, and pork loin are served at the Charleston Farmers Market at Marion Square Saturdays from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. The market runs April through December.
Join us for breakfast and enjoy our creamy stone ground grits bowls with topping of your choice: farm fresh tomatoes, cheese, bacon bits, pulled pork or chicken, pimento cheese. Top it with a made to order egg. Our grits specialty item is the Ribbits Breakfast Bowl - grits and rib tips, cheese and tomatoes. We source everything locally from our friends at the farmers market when possible. Our main vegetable supplier is Joseph Fields Farms - their entire farm is certified organic. We use local blueberries and fresh South Carolina peaches in our seasonal specialty sauces - Blueberry Chipotle and Bourbon Peach Pecan.
Don't look for us at a brick-and-mortar, instead look for the brightly colored flowers and multicolored vendor canopies of the Charleston Farmers Market in Marion Square (across from the Francis Marion hotel). You'll pass fresh fruits and vegetables, children playing, people relaxing, and the musicians playing. Come dine al fresco at the market and enjoy a RightOnQue meal!
