Every order is cooked during a lengthy process by our experienced Pitmaster, and is worthy of hi​s best efforts for our customers. By providing us your realistic budget we can work with you to create a customized menu for your event. If you are looking for quality of barbecue and the food served, as well as the service provided, we will be a good match for your event. If you are interested in the cheapest food, we won't be the right company for you, because we will only provide the standard of product and service we believe in. To do that we don't provide the cheapest food. We support our local farmers who provide the freshest and purest food. For our service, we believe the people helping us serve you deserve to be compensated fairly. We understand in today's environment how challenging it can be to have an event that has great food but at an affordable price. We always do our best to balance these features for you, which is why knowing the budget and making menu adjustments as necessary is so important.

Each meat is custom smoked for your event in a Custom Order closed-pit 12-14 hour process. If you use RightOnQue for your catering needs, you will experience a truly Charleston regional and quality artisan barbecue. Our pitmaster was born in Charleston and loved it so much he never left. He's been smoking barbeque for decades, using artisan old-style cooking methods and maximizing use of fresh local vegetables. 


We make our own rubs and sauces "from scratch". We care that your taste buds are happy when you eat, and we want you to feel better after you eat than when you took the first bite.
